ISFS Evaluates Personal Financial Risk Management Program for U.S. Navy
Middleburg, Virginia
ISFS announced today the completion of an evaluation of the Personal Financial Risk Management Program currently being used by the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) command of the U. S. Navy in Norfolk, Virginia. The Program has been developed to train mid-level petty officers in the basics of financial literacy.
The content for the evaluation was gathered during a 2-1/2 day "hands-on" workshop conducted by MARMC in March, 2006, and a follow-up focus group held with the participants in June, 2006.
An excerpt from the report covering the findings and recommendations is available on this ISFS website. Those interested in reviewing the complete report or discussing similar evaluation services, should contact Lois A. Vitt directly at the ISFS offices.
